Inventory Parts Specialist
West Palm Beach, FL

TempExperts is seeking a Inventory Parts Specialist to join a well-established equipment company in West Palm Beach, FL.

Summary:
This role plays a key part in keeping operations efficient and customer service seamless.

Responsibilities:

Identify and order replacement parts using catalogs and computer systems.
Process merchandise orders, invoices, and payments.
Maintain inventory accuracy and track lost sales.
Ensure timely parts delivery to technicians and customers.
Receive, ship, and store parts according to company guidelines.
Handle warranty parts and returns, ensuring proper documentation.
Attend training sessions and stay up to date on product bulletins.
Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Certificate from a college/technical school or 3+ years of relevant experience.
Parts inventory experience is required.
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Valid driver's license and forklift certification.
