TempExperts is seeking a Janitor for a part time position in St. Petersburg, FL. This position will be responsible for maintaining the office space, assisting with cleaning, and repairing minor damage. Shift is flexible, must be committed to 5 hours per day Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the office buildings.
Making minor repairs.
Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
Performs additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience with cleaning, maintaining, and repairing office spaces
Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly
Ability to walk and stand for 90% of the day
Attention to detail
Communication skills
