The function of this role is to provide expert legal services and support in labor and employment law, with an opportunity for rapid career growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Assist with labor and employment law cases.
Prepare legal documents and provide counsel.
Provide legal advice to clients.
Support public sector employer clients.
Qualifications/Experience:
Membership in good standing in the Florida Bar.
Small book of business is preferred.
7+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law.
Knowledge of public sector employment law is preferred.
