Leasing Property Associate 
St. Petersburg, FL

TempExperts is looking for a candidate with Leasing experience to work for a well-established Government facility in St. Petersburg, FL.

Job Overview:
  • Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
  • Provide administrative support services for the office/department/division and executive staff as needed.
  • Assist with preparations for special projects by collecting and analyzing information, preparing documents, etc.
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls.
  • Attend meetings and represent supervisor at meetings, as needed.
  • Maintain records of special projects and programs, and confidential files and records.
  • Develop draft process and procedures and manage special administrative projects as directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires an Associate’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 2-3 Years of Leasing or Property experience.
  • Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License Insurable under the agency’s insurance policy.
