Litigation Associate Attorney Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid/Remote) Direct Hire
TempExperts is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to support a busy legal practice handling commercial and real estate-related litigation matters in Boca Raton, FL. This role is ideal for an attorney who can independently manage a caseload, handle court appearances, and deliver high-quality written work while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of litigation matters from initial filing through resolution and post-judgment actions.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise written work.
Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings, including second-chair trial support.
Communicate case updates, strategy recommendations, and status reports to leadership and clients.
Provide guidance to paralegal and support staff to maintain productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to court deadlines, client guidelines, and internal standards.
Requirements/Education:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
2–5+ years of litigation experience, preferably including commercial or real estate-related matters.
Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills.
High level of organization and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general legal technology tools.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
