In this role, you will manage high-exposure civil litigation matters from inception through trial in collaboration with a supervising partner. Position Details:
Investigating cases and gathering evidence.
Advising clients on legal matters.
Filing court documents and drafting pleadings.
Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses.
Negotiating settlements and appealing court decisions.
