TempExperts is seeking an experienced Healthcare Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to attorneys in a busy healthcare practice group in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong drafting, research, and contract management skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare agreements, amendments, termination letters, correspondence, and memos under attorney supervision.
Manage, organize, and maintain contract files and databases.
Conduct legal research using various resources, including Westlaw and online databases.
Support attorneys on healthcare-related matters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to gather information and maintain compliance.
Assist with special projects, document review, and other paralegal duties as assigned.
Requirements/Education:
Minimum of four (4) years of paralegal experience in contracts, transactional legal work, and/or healthcare law.
Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation or eligibility to obtain.
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications.
High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
