Legal Secretary – Direct Hire
Tampa, FL | Full-Time

TempExperts is partnering with a prestigious law firm to hire a skilled Legal Secretary to support a fast-paced civil defense litigation team.

What You’ll Do:

Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and discovery
Assist with trial prep: binders, exhibits, and mediation materials
Manage e-filings, calendars, and case deadlines
Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and vendors
Support billing, expense reports, and onboarding new staff

Qualifications:

3+ years legal secretary or litigation assistant experience (civil defense preferred)
Strong knowledge of state/federal litigation procedures and e-filing
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives under deadlines
