A highly respected law firm is seeking a Paralegal with Commercial Litigation experience to support the firm’s legal team in Tampa, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
E-filing documents with Federal and Florida State Courts
Maintaining and updating client contact information
Overseeing attorney schedules and billing
Ensuring client payables information is accurately captured and documented
Operating a multi-line phone system
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks
Calendaring and scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Florida Registered Paralegal
5+ years of litigation experience, including Commercial Litigation
Trial preparation experience
Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
Typing speed of at least 55 WPM
