Overview:
TempExperts is hiring for well-established law firm is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join their team in Pinellas County. This role requires prior experience in a law firm setting and a strong ability to manage front desk responsibilities while supporting administrative and light accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
  • Maintain and update the firm’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and deadlines.
  • Open new case files and maintain client records accurately.
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepare vendor checks and ensure timely payments.
  • Deposit checks and accurately record transactions into Clio (case management system).
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment.
  • Probate experience a plus. 
  • Proficiency with Clio (or similar legal practice management software).
  • Experience using QuickBooks for check preparation and basic accounting tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
