TempExperts is working with a well-known Law Firm in Tampa,Florida seeking a LegalReceptionist. This is a Direct Hire position.
An ideal candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, capable of typing a minimum of 55 WPM, and be able to effectively learn new programs quickly.
Position Summary:
Managing the front desk; answering phones, calendaring, welcoming visitors.
Operate a multi-line phone system.
Supporting paralegals and office staff as needed.
Assisting with facilities services such as setting up conference rooms for meetings.
Office services; printing, copying, scanning, stocking supplies, etc.
Data entry.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for a variety of tasks.
Calendaring (using Outlook); scheduling meetings, depositions, etc.
Additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
College preferred, High School degree minimum.
3+ years’ experience in administrative/receptionist roles.
Excellent time management.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to type at least 55 WPM.
Legal experience is a plus.
