Overnight 12-hour shift Weekly pay with Overtime hours
TempExperts is seeking multiple dependable Machine Operator / General Laborer to support production and material-handling operations for a client in the construction/manufacturing sector. This role requires operating equipment, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with general labor tasks in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
**A number of PM shifts available - Weekend availability required** Responsibilities:
Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Assist with shoveling, sweeping, raking, and general site cleanup.
Load and unload materials as needed.
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
Follow all OSHA/MSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
Maintain accurate logs for equipment use, material movement, and maintenance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years construction, manufacturing, or heavy equipment operation experience.
Forklift experience preferred.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions; strong communication skills.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
Weekend availability required.
