TempExperts is partnering with a growing, well?established company in Haines City to hire a motivated Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing or heavy machine experience looking to grow with a reliable, team-focused employer.
About the Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will support daily production by operating equipment, assisting the production team, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role involves a variety of tasks—from machine operation to warehouse support, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following all training and safety guidelines.
Perform repetitive or sequential tasks to support ongoing production needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machinery, floors, conveyors, and surrounding workspace.
Assist with general maintenance, yard work, utilities, material handling, and production tasks.
Load and unload trucks and verify outgoing loads.
Maintain and verify product inventory.
Immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or defective equipment to a supervisor.
Support machine operators and production teams as needed.
Equipment You May Operate: (Training provided; internal certification required where applicable)
Hoppers
Bagging and sealing machines
Palletizers
Hydraulic equipment
Yard equipment
Variety of hand tools
Forklifts, tractors, and other powered industrial vehicles.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience operating heavy machinery or equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to safety and workplace cleanliness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Dependability, teamwork, and willingness to assist across departments.
Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
