We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience working in a manufacturing environment utilizing grinder machines, hydraulic presses, abrasive saws, and precision measuring instruments. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and experienced in performing detailed inspections using calipers and micrometers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate grinder machines, abrasive saws, hydraulic presses, and related production equipment.
  • Roll bulky reels onto production stands and secure materials for processing.
  • Set up and adjust machinery using calipers and precision measurements.
  • Use hydraulic presses to attach metal fittings and components to finished products.
  • Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing operations according to specifications.
  • Conduct detailed quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
  • Accurately record inspection results and production data in the company database.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience operating grinder machines, hydraulic presses, abrasive saws, or similar manufacturing equipment required.
  • Strong experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle production materials as required.
  • Manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or metalworking experience strongly preferred.
