Description:
- Roll Bulky Reels onto Small Rump and Into One Place.
- Use A Caliper to Set Up Production Machinery to Cut Flexible Shafts.
- Use Small Hydraulic Presses to Attach Metal Fittings to Shafts.
- Inspect Products Using Micrometers and Calipers.
- Enter Results in Database.
- Maintain Quality Control Using Micrometers and Gauging Tools.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/Ged Required, Trade School Or associate degree Is a Plus.
- Mechanically Inclined, Experience with Calipers, Micrometers and Gauges.
- Machining Experience: Press, Hitch Feed, Weld Cutter.
- Ability To Read Blueprints and Great Attention to Details.
Physical Requirements:
- Must Be Able to Stand for Up to Eight Hours Per Day.
- Ability To Move About, Bend, Stoop and Use Hands.
- Unaided Visual Acuity or Corrected Visual Acuity Should Be At Least 20/40 In Each Eye at Infinity (20 Feet) With the Ability to Distinguish Colors.
- Must Be Able to Perform Repetitive Tasks and Ability to Push Heavy Reels of Material.
