TempExperts is recruiting for a Marketing Director to a prestigious law firm in the Tampa, FL area.
**The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of business development, sales and marketing experience with an accounting or legal firm. **
The Marketing Director will lead our marketing efforts and enhance the firm’s presence both locally and within the professional community. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing within the legal or professional services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and work closely with Practice Group Leaders to develop and support business initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and acquisition. Including pitching collateral material, drafting proposals, RFP, and RFI requests focusing on attaining institutional clients.
Foster strong relationships within the community through active sponsorship and engagement initiatives, enhancing the firm's visibility and involvement in local business circles.
Manage the firm’s memberships in professional organizations, ensuring up-to-date profiles and coordinated participation in events and conferences.
Maintain and optimize the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance client interactions and ensure a seamless client experience.
Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that engage our clients and prospects, driving awareness and business opportunities.
Oversee the firm’s website, newsletters, articles, and social media, ensuring content is regularly updated
Manage marketing budgets meticulously to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources, achieving maximum impact from each campaign.
Organize and develop company programs and events, including development and production of Marketing materials and on-site logistics. Identify opportunities to promote the firm throughout industry sectors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Must have 3-7 years of marketing experience in accounting or law firms.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with executives and high-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Experience with CRM software and email marketing platforms.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
