Global Sales Manager Tampa, FL Direct Hire In-Office
Summary:
TempExperts is sourcing a driven Global Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across multiple international markets. This position is an in-office position based in Tampa, FL and the role is focused on driving machine sales, managing an independent sales representative network, expanding global market presence, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer success. Responsibilities:
Direct sales activities in assigned global territories to meet revenue targets.
Inspire and coordinate a network of independent sales representatives worldwide.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing strong customer relationships.
Organize and participate in trade shows, including setup, teardown, and lead generation.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead follow-up to closing contracts.
Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Travel internationally approximately twice per month, managing travel logistics and documentation.
Maintain effective communication with headquarters through mobile and laptop technologies.
Collaborate with local partners to formulate business plans with clear objectives and milestones.
Uphold company values and professionalism in all interactions.
Provide support to production and engineering teams with customer insights and issue resolution.
Keep CRM systems current with sales activities, forecasts, and customer data.
Conduct plant visits for product demonstrations and customer acceptance testing.
Deliver product performance feedback and market intelligence to engineering teams.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and share competitive data with internal departments.
Communicate fluently in English and coordinate translation as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in capital equipment or industrial machinery sales.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales across multiple countries.
Strong technical knowledge of products and market requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
Proficient in SAP CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and sales reports.
Solid mathematical skills for sales analysis and pricing calculations.
Valid driver’s license and good credit standing.
Physically able to travel frequently and perform tasks involving moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) and extended standing or walking.
Comfortable working in moderate noise environments, both office and plant settings.
