TempExperts is seeking a candidate with on-time and safety dedication for a well-established Clearwater company! The ideal candidate will have Material Handling, Shipping & Receiving, and Forklift experience.
This is a 1st shift position.
Position Summary:
Picks/pulls materials from stock using computerized manufacturing work orders and pick lists. Properly recycle or discard material remnants.
Responsibilities:
Prepares, stages and delivers materials to the manufacturing floor and shipping.
Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to the prime location and space available criteria.
Operates manual material handling equipment. Forklift experience preferred.
Conducts inventories resulting from cycle count and special request.
Move material waste to appropriate recycling or garbage containers.
Keep warehouse clean and free of debris.
Additional light shop work duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Mathematical and reasoning abilities.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Basic Reading Skills.
Forklift experience preferred.
Machine experience is a plus, not a must.
