TempExperts is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant for a growing manufacturing company in Clearwater/Largo area!
 Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to managers/staff or take messages.
Verify and process purchase orders.
Data Entry
Generate and print router reports
Assist with typing, word processing, filing, and order tracking for branch manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suites – especially Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate with internal and external clients in a tactful and professional manner.
Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
