TempExperts is partnering with a modern, upscale showroom seeking a polished and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations, customer interactions, and light showroom coordination. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for administrative professionals who enjoy variety, customer engagement, and being the organizational backbone of a small, supportive team.

What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming and assisting visitors in the showroom
Answering and routing phone calls professionally
Processing invoices, receipts, statements, and daily deposits
Handling credit card transactions and bank deposits
Following up on late payments and tracking hardware loans
Maintaining organized filing systems and light showroom upkeep
Posting weekly social media content (training provided)
Assisting with website updates and general sales support
What we’re looking for:
Previous administrative or office assistant experience
Construction industry experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Comfort working with varied tasks in a customer-facing environment
