TempExperts is hiring an Office Project Coordinator Assistant for a prominent construction company located in Sarasota, FL.
This client is looking for a well-organized and driven candidate with attention to detail to fill this integral role. The right candidate will have previous knowledge of the construction industry. Must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
Responsibilities:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems with meticulous detail.
Helps with filing online & in the office for optimal office flow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite a must.
Makes phone calls to sub-contractors, begins sub-contractor contracts & hands off to owner.
Welcomes all visitors and communicate successfully with customers and all office personnel.
Maintains office inventory.
Adhere to confidentiality best practices.
This position requires a well-organized, detail-oriented team member that has excellent follow-up skills.
Professional in their disposition and work ethic.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
3+ years of construction industry experience preferred.
40 Words per minute minimum.
