TempExperts is hiring an Office Project Coordinator for a prominent construction company that is in Palm Harbor Florida-
This client is looking for ana candidate that is well-organized, driven, and has high attention to detail to fill this integral role. The right candidate will have previous knowledge of the construction industry. Must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
Responsibilities:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems with meticulous detail.
Helps with filing online & in the office for optimal office flow.
Proficiency in Procore Required, and Microsoft Office suite.
Makes phone calls to sub-contractors, begins sub-contractor contracts & hands off to owner. This requires a well-organized, detail-oriented team member that has excellent follow-up skills.
Welcomes all visitors and communicates successfully with customers and all office personnel.
Maintains office inventory.
Adhere to confidentiality best practices.
Professional in their disposition and work ethic
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent is required
3+ years construction industry experience required.
Procore experience required.
