Office Support/Runner Greater Tampa Bay Area Direct Hire Opportunity
TempExperts is seeking a full-time Office Support/Runner with a prestigious Law Firm; this is a Direct Hire Opportunity!
Summary:
The Office Support/Runner will perform various clerical and administrative duties, including providing a high level of customer service and support, while consistently producing an excellent work product. Candidates must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience as an office services assistant; preferably in a law firm.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and aptitude for quickly learning various other programs.
Meters mail and packages for delivery to post office/mailbox.
Backup Receptionist – greet visitors, answer telephone, screen and direct calls, reserve conference rooms.
Court runs as required.
Make photocopies and deliver the finished project according to the schedule.
Support the Legal Scanner Clerk as needed.
Support client filing as needed.
Sort and distribute incoming and interoffice mail.
Ability to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously and work extra hours as needed.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Educational/Job Experience:
High school diploma.
Have at least one (1) year of experience, preferably in a law firm, as an office services assistant.
