TempExperts is seeking Outbound Customer Service Representatives to support a leading financial services organization in Palm Harbor. This position involves conducting outbound calls to suppliers and vendors to communicate program updates, explain new payment systems, and collect essential information in Salesforce CRM. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound B2B calls to suppliers and vendors on behalf of the client.
Explain program updates, payment system changes, and transition processes.
Handle objections professionally and provide clear, accurate information.
Gather and enter detailed information into Salesforce (CRM) and other systems.
Navigate multiple browser tabs and systems while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain punctuality, meet daily productivity goals, and follow performance standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance call quality and results.
Requirements/Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of outbound call center or B2B calling experience preferred.
Strong computer and research skills; ability to copy, paste, and work across multiple tabs.
Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum.
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
