TempExperts is hiring an experienced 4-40 licensed individual for Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with Account Managers, Producers, and Insurance Company representatives to service existing customers.
Issue Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Insurance, and Auto Insurance ID Cards
Work directly with Clients to answer incoming calls/questions on coverage and billings, make payments on existing policies and make policy changes.
Assist in gathering information required for underwriting/marketing an account.
Assist in online quoting.

Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills.

The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
