Paralegal – Commercial Real Estate Orlando

TempExperts is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with strong title, survey, and transaction experience. This role supports a high-volume, sophisticated real estate practice and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review closing documents for commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Assist with loan document preparation, including UCC filings.
Order and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related exceptions; prepare objection letters and memoranda.
Collect due diligence items such as zoning letters, UCC/judgment searches, entity documents, and estoppels.
Review leases and prepare lease abstracts.
Manage recording/filing of documents and assemble closing binders.
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (law firm, corporate, title, or related).
?Strong title and survey review skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and technical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and minimal oversight.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
