Property Maintenance Technician
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to support a well-maintained residential community in St. Petersburg. What You’ll Do
  • Prepare units for new residents, including painting and basic repairs
  • Maintain grounds by removing debris, leaves, and maintaining landscaping areas
  • Perform seasonal upkeep such as raking, trimming, and general outdoor maintenance
  • Clean and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)
  • Ensure restrooms and shared spaces are stocked and presentable
  • Monitor property conditions and report any safety or unusual concerns
  • Inspect hallways and common areas to ensure safe, well-lit access
  • Pressure wash exterior buildings, walkways, and common areas
  • Complete repairs to interior and exterior structures (walls, fences, fixtures, etc.)
  • Assist with minor electrical work (outlets, lighting, fans)
  • Assist with basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, disposals)
  • Review and complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a multi-unit residential setting
  • Strong skills in painting and general repairs
  • Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing basics
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Understanding of workplace safety and maintenance best practices
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • HVAC or EPA certification preferred
