What You’ll Do
Prepare units for new residents, including painting and basic repairs
Maintain grounds by removing debris, leaves, and maintaining landscaping areas
Perform seasonal upkeep such as raking, trimming, and general outdoor maintenance
Clean and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)
Ensure restrooms and shared spaces are stocked and presentable
Monitor property conditions and report any safety or unusual concerns
Inspect hallways and common areas to ensure safe, well-lit access
Pressure wash exterior buildings, walkways, and common areas
Complete repairs to interior and exterior structures (walls, fences, fixtures, etc.)
Assist with minor electrical work (outlets, lighting, fans)
Assist with basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, disposals)
Review and complete work orders in a timely manner
Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a multi-unit residential setting
Strong skills in painting and general repairs
Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing basics
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Understanding of workplace safety and maintenance best practices
Valid driver’s license required
HVAC or EPA certification preferred
