Property Maintenance Technician
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite


We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to support a well-maintained residential community in St. Petersburg. What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare units for new residents, including painting and basic repairs.
  • Maintain grounds by removing debris, leaves, and maintaining landscaping areas.
  • Perform seasonal upkeep such as raking, trimming, and general outdoor maintenance.
  • Clean and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.).
  • Ensure restrooms and shared spaces are stocked and presentable.
  • Monitor property conditions and report any safety or unusual concerns.
  • Inspect hallways and common areas to ensure safe, well-lit access.
  • Pressure wash exterior buildings, walkways, and common areas.
  • Complete repairs to interior and exterior structures (walls, fences, fixtures, etc.).
  • Assist with minor electrical work (outlets, lighting, fans).
  • Assist with basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, disposals).
  • Review and complete work orders in a timely manner.
  • Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a multi-unit residential setting.
  • Strong skills in painting and general repairs.
  • Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing basics.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and maintenance best practices.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
