TempExperts is sourcing for a Quality Technician to join a team dedicated to precision and reliability in critical manufacturing in Warren, MA. This role focuses on ensuring materials and components meet strict quality standards, supporting production, and maintaining compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Review supplier documentation and certifications to confirm materials meet specifications.
Prepare and maintain data packages and inspection records for components and assemblies.
Track and document material traceability, maintaining accurate supplier and project records.
Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, bills of materials, and inspection plans.
Prepare inspection forms and support production and engineering teams.
Use ERP systems to manage records and ensure data integrity.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and process compliance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or related manufacturing roles.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with IFS a plus).
Knowledge of DOD contracts, ASTM/Military standards, DFARS, and First Article Inspection (FAI) processes preferred.
Experience interpreting inspection reports, including CMM, NDT, and welding reports.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
