TempExperts is hiring for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious company located in the Oldsmar area!

The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant will assist internal team members, and external clients and residents by providing the following:
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Organize and schedule appointments for the company.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Provide broad support to all visitors with exceptional customer service.
  • Function as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Exemplify professionalism. 
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company!
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Experience in an office as a support extraordinaire.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Additional Skills Desired, not Required:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish desired, but not required.
