Job Description


TempExperts is seeking a Receptionist for a growing Largo company! 

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Screen and process all incoming calls and/or messages for managers and staff.
  • Welcoming customers and visitors in a positive manner.
  • Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Coordinate with mail couriers to ensure timely and cost-efficient service.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and conferences rooms. 
  • Organize complex data and summarize through spreadsheets, graphs, reports, and other documentation
  • Assist with typing, word processing, filing, scanning, and order tracking. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 55 words per minute.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suites – especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external clients in a tactful and professional manner.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
