TempExperts is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist for a full-time position in Oldsmar, FL. This is a customer- and employee-facing role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, representing a company professionally, and providing a positive experience to everyone who walks through the door. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, customers, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and provide general front-desk support.
Assist with basic email, computer, and administrative tasks.
Help distribute small samples and materials weighing approximately 5–10 pounds.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Provide support to employees and assist with general office needs as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, customer service, front-desk, or similar experience preferred.
Positive, upbeat personality with a strong can-do attitude.
Professional, friendly, and approachable communication style.
Comfortable interacting with a variety of people throughout the day.
Basic computer and email skills.
Strong reliability and punctuality; must be able to arrive by 7:50 AM to open the office.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 5–10 pounds.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
