TempExperts is hiring for a Residential & Commercial Estimator/Superintendent for a general contractor company in Palm Harbor. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Must have at least 5 years of verifiable experience with Fire Door and Hardware experience in residential and commercial construction. This company has a great culture and offers a competitive compensation package.
Essential Job Functions:
The right candidate will work a full-time schedule on site in Pinellas County Florida.
Strong verbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients.
Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product offerings.
Participate in budget reviews.
Review construction drawings.
Assist with project design and cost control.
Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, ProCore.
Other duties as assigned.
