TempExperts is hiring for a Residential & Commercial Estimator/Superintendent for a general contractor company in Palm Harbor. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Must have at least 5 years of verifiable experience with Fire Door and Hardware experience in residential and commercial construction. This company has a great culture and offers a competitive compensation package.

Essential Job Functions:
  • The right candidate will work a full-time schedule on site in Pinellas County Florida.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients.
  • Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product offerings.
  • Participate in budget reviews.
  • Review construction drawings.
  • Assist with project design and cost control.
  • Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, ProCore.
  • Other duties as assigned.
