Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

TempExperts is partnering with a growing, well established Tampa organization to hire a detail oriented and analytical Risk Coordinator. This role is ideal for an individual with strong insurance, data analysis, and risk management experience who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Position Overview
The Risk Coordinator plays a central role in managing the Agency’s insurance programs and strengthening its overall risk posture. This position requires a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance, along with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making. The role ensures the Agency remains compliant with insurance requirements, contractual obligations, and internal risk procedures.
In addition to insurance oversight, the Risk Coordinator develops and maintains risk-related documentation, prepares analytical reports, and supports disaster recovery planning efforts. The position also collaborates with Human Resources to advance strategic initiatives that contribute to the Agency’s long-term operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the Agency’s insurance programs and maintain accurate documentation of coverages
• Assess organizational risks and recommend strategies to reduce exposure
• Serve as a primary point of contact for insureds, insurers, and internal departments
• Ensure adherence to insurance requirements, risk policies, and contractual standards
• Review and evaluate existing insurance coverages and propose enhancements when needed
• Compile, analyze, and interpret data for statistical reports and executive-level summaries
• Support the development and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and related processes
• Provide analytical and administrative support to Human Resources initiatives
• Contribute to the implementation of HR-driven strategic goals and organizational improvements

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) or ARM (Associate in Risk Management) certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in:
• Data management
• Statistical analysis
• Insurance management
• Public sector or accounting environments (preferred)
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
