What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
1–2 years of staffing/recruiting experience (agency preferred).
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and MS Teams/Zoom.
Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
Bullhorn experience is a plus!
Passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
