TempExperts is hiring a Sales Manager for a growing company based in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in dental, orthodontic, or lab industries who is eager to drive worldwide sales from an office-based role. You’ll be responsible for building new business pipelines, achieving sales goals, providing customer support, and professionally representing the company across global markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activities in assigned international markets, including lead follow-up, prospecting, CRM machine sales, and software licensing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Provide customer training and support to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize company CRM daily for call logging, scheduling, projections, and quota tracking.
  • Develop realistic sales forecasts based on pipeline opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows bi-annually, including setup, teardown, and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address customer concerns and support technical needs.
  • Maintain quality control standards and stay current on regulatory requirements.
  • Gather and share competitive data with internal teams.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to contribute to company profitability.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed to support clients and trade shows.
Requirements / Education:
  • 4-year degree required; Business or Engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience in dental, orthodontic, or laboratory sales.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and technical training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to organizational goals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
