TempExperts is hiring a Sales Manager for a growing company based in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in dental, orthodontic, or lab industries who is eager to drive worldwide sales from an office-based role. You’ll be responsible for building new business pipelines, achieving sales goals, providing customer support, and professionally representing the company across global markets.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales activities in assigned international markets, including lead follow-up, prospecting, CRM machine sales, and software licensing.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Provide customer training and support to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Utilize company CRM daily for call logging, scheduling, projections, and quota tracking.
Develop realistic sales forecasts based on pipeline opportunities.
Attend trade shows bi-annually, including setup, teardown, and lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address customer concerns and support technical needs.
Maintain quality control standards and stay current on regulatory requirements.
Gather and share competitive data with internal teams.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to contribute to company profitability.
Travel up to 20% as needed to support clients and trade shows.
Requirements / Education:
4-year degree required; Business or Engineering degree preferred.
Experience in dental, orthodontic, or laboratory sales.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in delivering presentations and technical training.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to organizational goals.
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
