Senior Associate Community Association Attorney

TempExperts is seeking a Senior Associate Community Association Attorney to join a full service faced paced law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising Boards and Committees: Provide legal counsel to the board of directors and various committees on governance, compliance, and operational issues.
Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Prepare and review governing documents, contracts, and policies to ensure they comply with state and federal laws.
Dispute Resolution: Handle disputes between the association and homeowners, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation if necessary.
Enforcement of Rules: Assist in enforcing community rules and regulations, including covenant enforcement and assessment collections.
Attending Meetings: Participate in board meetings and annual meetings to provide legal guidance and support.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the association complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing laws and environmental regulation
Qualifications:
Admitted into the Florida Bar Association
5 years of experience in Community Association Law
