TempExperts is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney with approximately 4–6 years of transactional experience to support one of our clients in their expanding real estate practice. Position Summary: The successful candidate will have a strong background in sophisticated commercial real estate matters and be capable of managing significant components of complex transactions. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative environment while independently handling key responsibilities within major deals. Primary Responsibilities: Candidates should have hands-on experience in a broad range of commercial real estate work, including:
Acquisition and sale of commercial properties
Real estate development, financing, and related regulatory issues
Drafting and negotiating joint venture, development, and partnership agreements
Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
The position requires excellent drafting ability, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to manage multiple deal components efficiently from start to finish. Sound judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team-oriented practice are essential. Qualifications:
4–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Active license to practice law in Florida
