TempExpertsis seeking a Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Jacksonville, FL for a Direct Hire opportunity. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned litigator ready to lead complex cases from intake through verdict. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-value personal injury caseload from pre-suit through trial.
Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Serve as first or second chair in jury trials.
Develop case strategy, evaluate liability and damages, and guide settlement negotiations.
Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and legal staff.
Maintain consistent client communication and provide clear legal guidance.
Partner with experts, investigators, and support staff to build strong cases.
Requirements/Education:
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
7+ years of personal injury litigation experience with trial experience required.
Proven track record of success in trials, preferably jury trials.
Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Excellent negotiation, writing, and oral communication abilities.
Ability to independently manage a demanding caseload.
Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach.
Experience with catastrophic injury or wrongful death cases preferred.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Experience handling high-value cases with complex damages or policy limits preferred.
