TempExperts is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join a busy warehouse operation in Tampa, FL. This temp-to-perm role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, forklift certification, and experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
**Must have a clean driving record and valid ID**
Responsibilities
Pick customer orders per pick tickets and prepare for shipment.
Ship outgoing orders accurately and on time.
Receive incoming shipments; verify counts, accuracy, and condition.
Conduct weekly physical inventory counts using P21.
Complete daily put-away reports and maintain inventory accuracy.
Operate forklift as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and workstation
Performance Expectations
Orders shipped within 4 hours.
Shipments received and processed within 4 hours.
Inventory accuracy maintained within 2% variance.
Warehouse kept clean, safe, and organized
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P21.
Forklift certification required.
Must have a clean driving record and valid ID.
Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems.
Ability to use Harvest for time and job tracking.
Working knowledge of warehouse products and components.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Effective time management and adaptability.
Problem-solving mindset and safety awareness.
Organizational skills and ability to shift priorities as needed
