TempExperts is seeking a Staff Accountant for a growing company in the Miami area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge and a passion for accuracy and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Requirements/Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
Solid understanding of GAAP.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
