TempExperts is filling for a Structural Engineer with a well-established full-service design company in St. Petersburg, FL

The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale construction and renovations projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the project ensuring Structural Design standards, practices, and policies are followed.
  • Communicate and work well with all team members.  
  • Work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects.
  • Participate in project meetings during design and construction.
  • Preparation of graphic and written construction documents.
  • Lead site visits assessing the existing structural infrastructure.
  • Identify and solve problems during design or in the field during construction.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida is required.
  • Minimum 10 years’ Architectural and Engineering experience.
  • Senior Living, Healthcare, Multifamily projects, including new construction and renovation projects experience.
  • Healthcare Administration (AHCA) knowledge and experience as it relates to healthcare design.
  • Autodesk – AutoCAD 2021, Autodesk Revit 2021, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
