TempExperts is recruiting for a Superintendent who is an expert with fire doors, frames, and hardware.
5 years of previous background experience in the commercial industry is a requirement. It is a plus with experience in the following industries: healthcare; restaurants, assisted living facilities, hotels, condominiums, or corporate offices.
Superintendents collaborate closely with all members of the project team and supervise, encourage, and teach their fellow team members. They will be responsible for the following:
Oversee, teach, manage, and mentor new employees.
Schedule projects
Communicates well, reports daily to management, submits daily logs, and provides daily photographs.
Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management.
Well versed with Procore software
Some travel required throughout the state of Florida.
We offer a base salary plus bonuses, medical, dental, life, vehicle and per diem.
