TempExperts is filling for a Superintendent with Commercial and Residential Luxury property experience for a well-established company in Palm Harbor, FL
The ideal candidate will work closely with all members of the project team and supervise, encourage, teach, and when necessary, work side-by-side with the team.
They will be responsible for the following:
Oversee, teach, manage, and mentor new employees.
Work side-by-side with team if/when necessary.
Schedule projects.
Communicate and work well with Project Manager and client General Manager.
Reports daily to management.
Submit daily logs.
Provide daily photographs.
Base salary plus Bonuses, Medical, Dental, Life, Vehicle and Per Diem.
