Supply Chain Analyst St. Petersburg, FL Direct Hire | Full-Time
TempExperts is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Direct Hire position plays a key role in coordinating materials, managing inventory, analyzing costs, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, and build strong partnerships.
Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Production to support on-time delivery and resolve supply chain challenges.
Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods.
Perform cost analysis, inventory analysis, and assist in budgeting for planning-related activities.
Support the Supply Chain Manager with planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
Supervise, guide, and mentor other analysts as required.
Create and maintain schedules for projects and material flow.
Establish goals, policies, and procedures related to planning and supply chain operations.
Communicate proactively with managers, supervisors, and colleagues on all planning and supply chain matters.
Requirements / Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or a related analytical role.
