TempExperts is seeking an experienced TIG Welder for a growing Tampa company!

Partial Description of Responsibilities:
- Analyze work orders and associated Engineering Drawings to determine supply needs and welding process requirements (weld process, weld position, filler metal, preheat/interpass purging, post weld heat treatment, weld documentation etc.)
- Performs welding activities in accordance with approved weld procedures.
- Inspect work to ensure meets specified standards and quality.
- Documentation of all welding activities.
- Conduct basic maintenance of tooling/welder/grinder, ensuring powerline, gas line and water line work properly.
- Use ultrasonic cleaner to wash parts and maintain the parts as oil free
- Other duties as assigned.
- Monitors work environment for hazards and follows all required welding safety protocols.
- 3-5 years of TIG welding experience.
- Understand the process of working with a variety of materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Meticulous with a high attention to detail.
