Job Summary: TempExperts, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Closer to join our client’s team.in Clearwater/Largo, Florida. The Title Closer will be responsible for managing the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurately prepared and executed, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare closing documents for real estate transactions.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth closing process.
Conduct title searches and examine title commitments to identify any issues or discrepancies.
Resolve title issues and ensure all conditions are met before closing.
Facilitate the signing of closing documents and ensure all parties understand the terms and conditions.
Disburse funds according to the closing statement and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the closing process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in title closing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and title insurance.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and title software.
