Job Description: TempExperts, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Closing Scheduler to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling title closings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and deadlines are met. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work Monday through Friday at times that best suit your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule title closings with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
Prepare and review closing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with all parties involved to confirm closing dates, times, and locations.
Maintain and update closing schedules and calendars.
Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the closing process.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
