Largo/Clearwater Area
Immediate Hire

TempExperts seeks an experienced Title Specialists for a fast growing cutting edge title agency located in the Largo/Clearwater area.

The idea candidate is focused, technically savvy, and able to multitask.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
  • Review title commitments and required documents to ensure all information is gathered and correctly entered with no errors.
  • Document and note vesting information, specific requirements, mortgages, liens, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of prepared documents and information to clients prior to processing.
  • Collaborate effectively with title examiners, processing department and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues in title documentation
  • Extremely proficient with technological products that are constantly changing.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality with all matters.
  • Ability to multitask.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the title industry or related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage data efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
