NOW HIRING: Traveling Commercial Superintendent (Nationwide Travel Required)

TempExperts is recruiting Traveling Commercial Superintendents for ground-up construction projects. This role is ideal for a boots-on-the-ground leader who ensures every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the critical link between the job site and the project management team.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Maintaining daily jobsite logs, safety reports, and project documentation.
  • Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules.
  • Conducting regular safety meetings and site walkthroughs.
  • Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to maintain progress.
  • Managing site logistics, equipment, and workforce.
  • Traveling throughout the U.S. (average project duration: ~6 months).
What we’re looking for:
  • 5–10+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up builds.
  • Proven leadership managing multiple trades and tight timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and reading drawings/specs.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
  • OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for nationwide travel.
